Corporate User Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MAICE platform as a corporate user. Your subscription is subject to the pricing plan and service level agreement (SLA) specified in your order form. You are responsible for the lawful use of the platform by your authorized users and for maintaining accurate company information.

You agree to indemnify MAICE against claims arising from your misuse of candidate data or violation of applicable employment and data protection laws. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement.
