By using the MAICE platform, you agree to these Terms of Service governing acceptable use, intellectual property rights, and limitation of liability. We comply with GDPR for EU users, Japan's APPI, Vietnam's PDPL (effective January 2026), and Indonesia's PDPL (Law No. 27 of 2022).

Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or distribution of platform content is strictly prohibited. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding any claim, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
