Individual User Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MAICE platform as an individual user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Content you submit (resumes, responses, profile data) remains your intellectual property, but you grant MAICE a limited license to process it for platform services.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction specified in your country-specific addendum, except where prohibited by local consumer protection laws.
