We collect company registration data, authorized representative information, and employee account data necessary for platform administration. When you post job listings or conduct interviews, candidate data shared with you is governed by the candidate's consent and applicable data protection laws.

You are responsible for ensuring lawful processing of any candidate data accessed through the platform. Data sharing between your organization and candidates occurs only with appropriate consent mechanisms in place.
